Our service

Surprise Rings designs personalised surprise pages and gift reveals. Businesses fund and fulfil their gifts. Recipients need no app or account to open a live surprise link.

Booking and payment

A 50% booking payment confirms the booking. The balance is due after approval. Prices and inclusions are agreed in your quote. Standard turnaround is 2 working days after your details and booking payment are received; delays in materials or approvals may affect delivery.

Materials and approval

Provide accurate names, messages, photos or logos and gift details, with the permission needed to use them and share recipient information. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or privacy-infringing content. You preview and approve pages before sending, with two rounds of changes included. Additional scope or changes require agreement. Voice notes and video depend on the package.

Gifts and redemption

The offering business is responsible for gift availability, funding, fulfilment and stated redemption conditions or expiry. Surprise Rings presents the reveal and records claims; a claim code does not mean redemption has occurred. Contact the business about fulfilment. Gift expiry and page-link expiry may be different.

Links and delivery

Send private links only to the intended person. Forwarding may give someone else access. Business review links expire after 14 days. Recipient links may have an optional expiry and may be disabled after a report or safety review. Opening a phone app does not confirm delivery; third-party delivery, opening and preview behaviour cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation

You may cancel by telling us in writing. The booking payment is not refundable once design has started. We will discuss remaining work or payments with you, subject to applicable consumer rights. See our Refunds and Cancellations page for details.

Privacy and acceptable use

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Do not misuse links, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful files. We may restrict content that breaches these terms or creates a privacy or safety concern.

Limitations and disputes

We take reasonable care to provide the agreed service, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first if something goes wrong so we can seek a fair resolution. These terms are governed by applicable Nigerian law.
